Private & Corporate Workshops

1. Booking / Payment Related 

How long in advance should I book the workshops?

A minimum of 14 days in advance is required to ensure sufficient time to prepare your personalised The Foliage Studio experience. However, we recommend booking as early as possible to avoid last minute disappointments if slots fill up!

What is the payment schedule like?

Full payment shall be made at the time of booking. No deposits are required.

Can I cancel/postpone/obtain a refund?

We do not accept cancellations or refunds. However, we do allow for flexible 1x postponement with minimum 7 days advance notice.  

What are the available payment methods?

We accept all major credit card and debit card payments.

How do I make payment?

Payment shall be made via this website, on the check-out page after you have selected your preferred workshop.

Can I reserve or place a deposit?

Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations or deposits. Your workshop slot will only be booked/confirmed upon payment in full.

2. Workshop Related

What do I have to bring/prepare on the day of the workshop?

Nothing! Our workshops are all-inclusive, meaning our instructors will be providing everything you need to create your own floral designs. 

Can I exceed the maximum capacity of the workshop?

Unfortunately, our maximum class size is strictly capped at 6 pax for our Private Bespoke Floral Workshops and 15 pax for our Corporate Wellness Floral Workshops. This is to ensure that each client is well taken care of by us!

Is there a minimum age to attend the workshop?

As there may be floral techniques that involve the use of scissors, wire cutters and various other equipment, the minimum age to attend the workshop is 7 years old.

Do you provide the venue for the workshop?

No, we will come to you so you don't have to travel! A form will be emailed to you upon booking confirmation to indicate your preferred venue.

What kind of venues can the workshops be held in?

The workshops can be held in your homes, offices, hotels or even rented spaces (preferably with a water source). Each person should have a minimum table space of 1m x 0.5m to ensure sufficient working space for a comfortable floral arrangement experience. 

Can I specify the exact type of flowers I want for the workshop?

We allow requests but subject to availability as floral materials and accessories do vary according to the season and import/export conditions. But rest assured, the quality & value of the flowers provided would not change!

3. Miscellaneous

I have no experience with creating floral pieces. Can I still attend the workshop?

Yes, of course! Our Private Bespoke Floral Workshops are specially customized to your floral expertise level and our Corporate Wellness Floral Workshops are pegged at the beginner's level to allow enjoyment for all.
